Evi Mesaikou

Evi has extensive experience in managing the day-to-day legal and compliance issues for clients, in the field of mobile technology. Her expertise covers the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of contractual arrangements, to be entered into with customers, vendors, and strategic partners across various fields of commercial activity. Carrying out complex corporate governance for over group of affiliated companies globally, she is responsible for drafting Board of Directors and General Assembly resolutions, managing annual filings, and supporting intricate corporate transactions (e.g., due diligence, SPAs).

She also has proven ability to lead group-wide compliance initiatives, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, ensuring adherence to global standards alongside extensive experience in international data protection.

Academic Background:

LL.M. in Law and Technology (Cum Laude) from Tilburg University, with a thesis in Data Protection, and an LL.B. from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
