Antonios Vassiloconstantakis

Prior to founding the firm, Antonios Vassiloconstandakis acquired diverse experience within top-notch institutions both in Greece and abroad. Among others, he was an associate at a premier US law firm based in Paris (Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton) and legal counsel to the Executive Chairman of one of Greece’s largest companies (FTSE 25).

He focuses on corporate transactions, ranging from catering the day-to-day needs of corporate clients to due diligence exercises, large M&As and cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, all forms of debt or equity financing as well as on dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on international arbitration and complex civil litigation with international elements.

Industry-wise, he has vast experience working with innovative SMEs or larger companies who focus on disrupting their industries through commercializing their Intellectual Property Rights. He has also dealt extensively with industries in transition which are deeply affected by technological transformation, such as gaming and fintech. Depending on the deal-type, he has worked alongside many types of stakeholders, such as Sellers, Buyers and angel investors.

He often provides solutions to clients in complex regulatory issues they face by representing them before the authorities and key stakeholders and throughout the legislative process.

Mr. Vassiloconstandakis holds a first-class honours LL.B. from the University of Athens, a D.E.A. in Business and Economic Law of Paris 1 – Pantheon Sorbonne University and LL.M. in Securities & Financial Regulation along with a Certificate in International Arbitration from Georgetown University (Washington D.C.).
